Return & Exchange Policy


 

All sales are final!
However if you received items damaged on arrival then you may proceed with the return policy. This includes:
  • Faulty printing
  • Tears/Holes in item
  • Incorrect sizing from what was ordered.
We don't provide returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect size or color chosen. If you're unsure on sizing before ordering, please reach out to us via the "Contact Us!" page.
If you would like an exchange or return, please return the shirt(s) to the address below with a note included within 30 calendar day of it's arrival.

In the note, please include your order number, and whether you want a refund or exchange. Only return the items that you want exchanged or refunded, and that the shirt(s) are in the condition you received them. 
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your request.
For refunds, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
For exchanges, clearly state what you want exchanged and for what size. Once we receive the item(s) we will immediately proceed with the exchange/refund process.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before processing an order, as we only send to the address you provide!
We are NOT responsible for post office errors, relating to lost packages, and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. If the package is successfully delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the post office.
